4 rib steaks preferable with the bone
1 1/4 inch thick
Pat dry completely with paper towels
Salt and peppe generously
Light the grill and turn on two burners. Let the grill fully heat up for 15 minutes.
Lower one burner to medium and keep the other on high.
Grill the steaks over the hot burners for 3-4 minutes
turn the steaks and put them on the medium burner of the grill for 5 minutes.
Test the meat: rare is 120 degrees.
Remove the steaks from the grill and cover tightly with aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
Serve your guests and enjoy.
